These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.riyada.biz (the "Site") operated by AL RIYADA TRADING FZ-LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site provides information about our export-import and wholesale trading business across fresh & frozen produce, dry fruits, spices, grains & cereals, electronics, electrical goods, building materials and textiles & garments. Content on the Site, including product descriptions, specifications and pricing indications, is provided for general information and does not constitute a binding offer.

2. Enquiries & quotations

• Submitting the contact form, emailing us, or messaging us on WhatsApp constitutes an enquiry, not an order.
• A binding order is formed only when we issue a written quotation or proforma invoice and you confirm it in writing.
• Product availability, minimum order quantities, packaging and lead times shown on the Site are indicative and subject to confirmation at the time of enquiry, as agricultural and commodity supply varies by season and market conditions.

3. Orders, pricing & payment

• Prices are typically quoted in USD or INR on an Incoterms basis (e.g. FOB, CIF) agreed at the time of quotation and may change based on commodity markets, freight rates and currency fluctuation.
• Payment terms (such as advance payment, letter of credit, or documents against payment) are agreed in writing for each order.
• Taxes, duties and destination-country charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Shipping & documentation

We prepare export documentation (such as certificates of origin, phytosanitary certificates, packing lists and commercial invoices) appropriate to the product and destination. Buyers are responsible for confirming import requirements, licences and duties applicable in their own country prior to placing an order.

5. Quality & inspection

Products are graded and tested as described on our Products page. Any quality claims must be raised in writing within the timeframe agreed in the order confirmation, supported by evidence such as inspection reports or photographs, so that we can investigate with our sourcing partners and logistics providers.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of the affected consignment. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business opportunity, except where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

7. Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including adverse weather affecting harvests, port congestion, strikes, government restrictions or other force majeure events.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, layout and graphics, belongs to AL RIYADA TRADING FZ-LLC unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable regulations of Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), and any dispute arising from use of the Site or a related transaction is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, unless otherwise agreed in a specific order contract.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
